For all construction within Idyllwild:

You will need to submit two (2) full sets of plans to Idyllwild Fire, 54160 Maranatha Dr. Po Box 656, Idyllwild, CA 92549. You will need your Riverside County Building & Safety number.

NOTE: ALL NEW CONSTRUCTION IN CALIFORNIA IS REQUIRED TO HAVE FIRE SPRINKLERS (remodels & additions may be exempt)

-We will need 2 full sets of sprinkler plans, data/cut sheets for ALL parts of the sprinkler system and calculation sheet. The systems must meet NFPA 13D or California Title 24, Part 2.5 Chapter 3, Section R313 standards. You will be required to schedule a "Pre-concealment Inspection" before drywall or wall any covering and a "Final Inspection" after everything is complete, including paint.
